PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION & ABILITIES

a naturally ash-grey moxyn with great, tattered wings. her fur and markings make her appear to be singed from fire. Greyfell is much larger than the average Moxyn due to her Vexyn heritage, along with a ferocious physical strength to match it. Her Dark magic manifests itself as illusions, smoke and ashes- she can shift into a Spirit Walker form composed of fine smoke that can vanish in an instant. She may rarely be seen, and is never heard, emerging from the shadows and fading as quickly as she came. 

The brass censer from her halo perpetually spews a gentle, cleansing smoke that seems to keep corruption at bay, and the enchanted cloths and ropes she wears, combined with her mask, enhance her magic. She is never seen without the mask on her face- to do so would be the equivalent of seeing her completely vulnerable and naked (metaphorically speaking).

BACKGROUND & PERSONALITY

The daughter of a complicated and neglectful partnership between a noble Moxyn and a Vexyn. Like many Vexyn she is a quiet, hardly emotional presence and is observant and short with her words. It is not uncommon for her to come off as rude or inappropriate due to her bluntness. Greyfell is naturally disinterested in most things, wanting nothing more than to focus on herself in solitude. Combined with being socially inept due to having difficulty understanding Moxyn social norms, her behavior along with her ghastly traits make her a subject of suspicion and rumors amongst fellow xyns, if not outright harassment due appearing close to Fallen (to some Xyns, she might as well already be). 

She sullenly accepts her status as the natural way of Xyn society and will become defiant when challenged by others urging her to be treated better. Opposing the status quo would tear down the tenuous position of "acceptance" she has fought to establish for herself in Xyn society- and losing it would threaten everything she knows about the intricacies of a social landscape she will always struggle to navigate. Despite appearing close to Fallen, the one thing tethering her to staying alive is her desire to have friends and approval from her superiors- but it is something she has learned never to open up about for fear of ostracization...

Views most xyn activities for entertainment as shallow and difficult to understand (festivals, fashion shows, cooking, etc). If decides to eat physicaly food she is highly restrictive with what she will intake- refusing to eat certain foods based on their appearance, taste or texture. Though her mask may make her appear to stare straight at others when talking to them, perceptive Xyns can feel that she actively avoids making eye contact unless necessary. She naturally struggles with feeling empathy towards a majority of adult xyns and cannot understand behavior with hidden or double meanings such as gossip, sarcasm, and superficially 'nice' guestures that mask ulterior motives. She has adopted a black-and-white viewpoint of the world due to her difficulty reconciling complex emotions and immediately shuts out anyone that she feels slighted by.

She is especially softhearted towards and will always be protective of small animals and baby/child xyns.

RELATIONSHIPS

Laforet (MOX-934) : Close friend

• A well-beloved singer and dancer from a Moxyn TV entertainment program. Despite their opposing circumstances and personalities, they somehow still found friendship in each other.
• Laforet thinks Greyfell needs to lighten up- Greyfell thinks Laforet is just tolerable. But she never shies away from Laforet the way she does with most other xyns.
• She privately keeps a collection of toys and trinkets that Laforet frequently gifts her- never finding much active attachment in them, yet subconsciously, she feels that she cannot give them away. Her favorite gifts she has recieved from Laforet are plushies of Lunerest's companions.

STORY: KNIGHT QUESTS & LEGENDSEEKERS

She is a participant in the Legendseekers quest chain.

Greyfell and a group of knights-in-training are knighted the day that the Lunerestian Queens, Ryu and Yuhi, announce that two of Lunerest's moons are losing power. The knighting ceremony proceeds without much fanfare, however: few like Greyfell and fewer still are in a celebratory mood after the worrying news that the Queens have publicly declared.

Though both of her parents are Royal Knights,  due to her restrictive upbringing and relative social isolation from the outside world, she has never pursued knighthood until now. Achieving knighthood, to her, is a way to gain social independence from her restrictive family.

Having received her Sunchaser Amulet the same day she is knighted, something, somewhere in her heart, compels to understand what has happened to these moons, regardless of what other Xyns think of her and her efforts...
